What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days for products shipped from stock. However, custom-made items or designs requiring significant handcrafting are not eligible for return. You can find the specific return conditions for each design on the respective product page.

When will my order arrive?
Delivery times may vary depending on the production and preparation stages of the product you select. Each product page specifies the estimated production and shipping time for the relevant design. Once your order is confirmed, we carefully monitor each step of the production process and notify you when your product is shipped. At Foreign377, we aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible and with the utmost care.
Where are your products manufactured?
All our products are manufactured in Istanbul, in collaboration with our selected workshops and production partners. We closely monitor every stage of the production process, meticulously checking every detail from material quality to workmanship.
